Job Description

As one of the most senior positions National Program Manager will be responsible for:

- Managing projects that span multiple provinces and areas. This will include extensive cooperation, management and support of partners.
- Developing strong networks and collaboration with all stakeholders. Advocating and lobbying in order to scale up and mainstream projects nationally.
- Supporting the development of organizational learning through data collection at a professional level and subsequent publication/distribution of this information

Requirements:
- Five years experience as a senior project manager
- Strong skills in teamwork, strategic planning and project management
- University degree in appropriate field
- Willing to travel 50% of the time
- Computer literate
- Strong English skills
