Responsibilities:
Point of contact for clients in all custody related matters
Co-ordinate with the relevant departments to meet the client requirements / resolve any issues.
Assist in annual client service review meetings.
Respond to the client queries – trade related and corporate action events.
Preparation of newsflashes.
Preparation of Clients' Report Card, MIS reports.
Account Opening Documentation for clients - Due diligence process.
Train clients on web base communication system.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of client facing experience in custody/securities industry
Good understanding of capital markets in Singapore
Ability to handle and manage clients
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Exposure to demanding operational contexts of a custodian department
Must be willing to work on Public Holidays or week-end for servicing Middle East Clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Strong interpersonal and influence skills with demonstrated business partnering skills
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill

Working Location: Vicinity of Marina Bay
Monthly Salary: Up to $9000 (Depending on experiences, qualifications and skills)
