Requirements:
Lead officer for Billing and Settlement
Responsible for review of invoices issued
Ensure compliance on Billing policies and procedures
Documentation of finance processes
Review and approval of accounting entries, manual invoices, debit and credit notes
Key contact point for exceptional billing cases from various departments
Preparation of month-end closing
Perform Finance UAT projects
Month-end closing reconciliation review and schedules Collateral and Merchant Payable
Review and ensure customer refund’s accuracy
Local university with minimum 5 – 7 years working experience
MNC Background
Experience in full set of accounting, billing and operations
Experience in managing a team
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Business Process Oriented
Good Supervisory Skills
Good on problem solving skills
Must be meticulous
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
Able to start work immediately is highly preferred
