You Offer

* An above average university degree in economics or MBA
* Minimum 3 years of successful work experience, preferably in banking or consulting (with focus on banking)
* Strong knowledge / experience of Private Banking is crucial
* Very good knowledge of banking products, market knowledge of the region Russia, Eastern Europe, Greece & Central Asia would be an advantage
* Experience in leading sizeable strategy projects and established track record in tackling complex issues and executing initiatives in the context of a large Russian organization
* strong conceptual, analytical and strategic abilities with strong implementation skills
* ability of working efficiently with senior management as well as efficient communication and presentation skills
* excellent English skills
