Our client, an established Property Developer is looking for a Senior/Manager, Real Estate Fund/Fund Investment to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, structure and develop real estate funds (e.g. private funds) investing in key markets
Research and maintain currency over regulatory developments on RE capital markets in target countries
Assist in raising third-party capital, including presenting to prospective investors and clarifying their queries
Prepare presentation materials and manage preparation of fund documents
Involve in fund related projects and new business initiatives
A member of the secretariat team that administers Fund Leadership Council meetings
Support fund management teams in investor relations and fund administration
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration.
Chartered Financial Analyst will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years of real estate fund or related experience
Able to analyze companies and structure / execute transactions
Strong financial background with good analytical and research skills
Able to understand legal, accounting and tax issues
Good knowledge of financial and capital market products
Excellent written and presentation skills
