About the role
We have very clear objectives for Indonesia. Realising them will take a dedicated team of people. Which is why it?s so important that we have the HR initiatives in place to support each individual. In this role, you?ll help to develop people at all levels, from new joiners through to our managers. It could be that you facilitate induction sessions, advise on performance development plans or arrange specific training courses. Liaising closely with the main Country HR Team, you?ll ensure your team has access to all the necessary employment tools and resources. You?ll also need to manage our systems and procedures, from payroll through to contracts, as well as providing general administrative support.
What we?re looking for
Having already worked in an HR department, you?ll bring a good understanding of personnel administration and the principles of employment law. If you have a relevant HR qualification and experience in training, so much the better. Excellent organisational skills are essential here, and you?ll be a natural team player with a diplomatic and helpful approach. Computer literacy is important and you should be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesian.
