RESPONSIBILITIES
* Capture Interco/export orders in their various formats, process them &
manage any subsequent changes
* Receive enquires/queries relating to the OTD (order to delivery) process
& manage to resolution, liaising with all necessary Coty interco/export parties
* Maintain all relevant systems with correct information (GMM data)
* Coordinate and ensure availability of relevant export and statutory
documents (contracts, registrations etc. ), cooperate with internal
departments
* Ensure workloads are effectively managed & KPIs are achieved
* Follow business procedures and internal controls
* Manage the collection/return/delivery failure (claims) of product
processes to resolution
* Manage Customer inquiries (order status, delivery status)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 3 years of relevant professional experience
* Professional Education in the field of Business Administration / focus on
Logistics / Transport
* Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes & procedures as well as
export procedures
* Experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
* German skills as well as excellent written and spoken English skills
required, additional language as Russian or French is a plus
* Knowledge of MS Office applications, Lotus Notes, SAP / SD is a must
* Strong analytical and process management skills
* Ability to work independently with effective problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Customer oriented behavior
* Proactive and results oriented way of working
