Partner Account Manager- Multinational Accounts (PAM-MNA)
To build a winning partnership with MNA accounts in Thailand with the goal of creating valued partnership who deliver MS technologies as part of a PC solution, Mobile and Server solution to end customers. This person is recognized internally and externally as a Account LEAD and expert on Window attached at Multinational Accounts (MNA).
Business Leadership: This Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for increase Windows Attach with key MNA's both in consumer segment & business segment. During planning and regular reviews, the PAM initiates and negotiates investment areas with OEM director and Client Product Manager to achieve highest possible Windows attach in the country.
Account Leadership: This PAM is to know and have relationship from end-to-end within the MNA account team (Marketing-Presales-Sales-Support-Services).
Responsible to initiate, develop and execute short, medium and long-term Windows goal and investment plans
Accountable to lead and execute Windows Messaging with key MNA in driving joint customer campaigns and events
Accountable for overall growth of Windows Scorecard and growing Windows faster than PC growth
Owns a MNA budget responsibility to drive incremental revenue via IW & server
Responsible to influence RHQ &OEM-WW on MNA product influence, customer support and quality
Responsible for achieving revenue and strategic objectives while maximizing relationship between Microsoft and MNA accounts in Thailand. The job entails development and execution of a comprehensive business plan involving sales and marketing engagements, readiness and skills development of MNA's sales force located in Thailand. Be able to influence Windows product roadmaps into Thailand.
This PAM will be accountable for driving Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) revenue and Window's communication strategy commitments across the key MNA Partners and work in cooperation with Microsoft sales leads to establish a predictable rhythm of the business.
Qualification:
Minimum 10 years work experience, with 5 year experience working in a Microsoft Multi-National Corporation environment and preferable with OEM PC sales and marketing experience.
A BS/BA; MBA in Marketing or related fields
Required Technical Background
Demonstrated ability to work with top executive management
Ability to evangelize and influ
